Lower Back Pain Exercises – What You Need To Know

Experiencing lower back pain can really be very irritating and can affect your everyday life. Imagine having to go to work with a persistent pain in your back. •    Swimming – swimming is also a very good way to alleviate lower back pains. It releases muscular tension in the body.
•    Aerobics – aerobics is a form of a dance exercise that makes use of almost every part of the body. By doing aerobics daily, not only will you lose excess body fats, you also get to release the tension that is building up in your body.
•    Back stretching exercises – this can be done daily and is specially recommended for those persons experiencing cases of sciatica. There are a wide array of back stretching exercises that a person can do and here are some of the examples:
